For app support, privacy questions or developer correspondence, contact Adz Dev Coding by email. There is no web contact form and no Lifestyle Tracking account to sign into.
What to include
- Lifestyle Tracking version, if available;
- Android version and device model;
- a short description of what happened;
- the smallest safe set of steps that reproduces the issue;
- whether the issue concerns Today, History, Records, Insights, Settings, backup, import or reminders.
What not to include
- passwords, tokens, signing keys or credentials;
- detailed real-world tracking histories unless absolutely necessary;
- JSON, SQLite or CSV backups containing private journal data;
- screenshots containing account, notification or device secrets;
- unrelated private documents.
Basic troubleshooting
- Restart the app and repeat the smallest safe test.
- For reminders, confirm notification and alarm access in Android settings.
- For export or import, confirm that the selected storage provider is available and writable.
- Before importing, remember that a JSON import replaces the current local journal.
- Before clearing app data or reinstalling, export a backup if you need to preserve the current journal.
