Medication App is a local-first Android journal for factual medication intake records. Create your catalogue, record amount and time, review history, and see clear summaries without creating an account.

The app is designed around a local journal rather than accounts, advertising, or developer-operated cloud storage.
User-controlled exports
You can export CSV, JSON, or SQLite files and choose where Android saves them. JSON import is available for restoring a backup.
No telemetry
The app does not require an account and is not designed to send medication records, analytics, advertising data, or local diagnostics to Adz Dev Coding.
What it does
A factual medication journal
- Maintain a medication catalogue and optional saved amounts.
- Record medication, amount, unit, date, and time.
- Review and manage previous intake records.
- View totals and trends across selected time ranges.
- Use optional reminders through Android notifications and alarm scheduling.
No medical interpretation
Medication App records information you enter. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend medication, determine dosage, judge adherence, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

This website contains no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, external fonts, contact forms, or third-party JavaScript.
